Terms and Conditions
You are purchasing goods from Toolwiser.com (part of AIX Commerce AB), Company Registration No. 55953-66781. Please read and understand these terms and conditions carefully. We apply strict terms to ensure equal treatment of all customers and to avoid misunderstandings regarding how we operate and prioritize our customers.
Our goal is to provide all customers with the fastest possible service. To place an order, you must be at least 18 years old or have consent from a legal guardian. We sell and deliver goods within Sweden at fixed shipping rates. For deliveries outside Sweden, please contact us for shipping information.
1. General
By purchasing from Toolwiser.com, the buyer agrees to these terms and conditions. The buyer must be at least 18 years old or have legal guardian approval to complete a purchase. Delivery is available within Europe at fixed shipping costs. For deliveries outside Europe, please contact us.
Toolwiser.com reserves the right to correct any errors in pricing or product information. Prices may change up until the time the item is dispatched.
2. Orders & Stock Availability
Orders are placed via the webshop. Stock availability is updated continuously; however, discrepancies may occur. If an item is unavailable after an order has been completed, the buyer will be contacted to discuss an alternative solution.
3. Pre-Orders & Special Orders
Pre-orders (delivery time exceeding 30 days) require full advance payment.
Special orders are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
4. Payment
The following payment options are available:

For invoice purchases, a credit check is performed. Payment terms are 20 days for businesses and 14 days for private individuals. Late payments incur a reminder fee (SEK 450 for businesses and SEK 60 for private individuals) as well as late payment interest of 2% per month.
5. Delivery
Delivery time: 3–15 business days, depending on the product.
The buyer is responsible for being able to receive and unload the delivery. Additional costs may apply if delivery conditions are incomplete or insufficient.
Collected parcels must be picked up within the carrier’s specified time frame. Uncollected shipments will be charged SEK 1,500 for return and handling costs.
6. Receipt of Goods
The buyer must inspect the goods upon delivery. Any transport damage must be noted immediately on the delivery receipt and reported to the carrier within 7 days. In the event of damage, the buyer must contact Toolwiser.com with the claim reference number and photographic documentation.
7. Right of Withdrawal (Private Customers Only)
The right of withdrawal applies only if the item has not yet been dispatched. If the item has been shipped, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Special orders cannot be returned. Returns are processed within 14 days of receipt.
8. Warranty
All products are covered by a minimum 12-month manufacturer’s warranty. The warranty covers spare parts only; labor and travel costs are charged separately.
The warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear, improper use, negligence, or incorrect handling. Consumable and wear parts are excluded.
9. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes shall primarily be resolved through negotiation between Toolwiser.com and the buyer. If an agreement cannot be reached, the dispute shall be settled through simplified arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce Arbitration Institute (SCC).
