Mechanical 2-post spindle lift with a 3000 kg lifting capacity, asymmetrical lifting arms, automatic arm locking, and a 400 V electrical connection. The package includes a set of heavy-duty anchors, an lubricator, and suitable spindle oil. The lift is partially pre-assembled, allowing for quick and easy commissioning.

- Flexible column spacing through variable column positioning thanks to electronic synchronization of the two motors
- Hot-rolled column profiles in a slim design, extremely solid and torsionally rigid
- Lifting columns rotated by 30°, making it easier to open the vehicle door.
- Lifting and lowering via reversing contactor control allows for fine adjustment of the lifting height.
- A very low column height of only 2550 mm allows for installation in low-ceilinged rooms.
- Asymmetrical support arms for large door opening angles
- Automatic support arm locking mechanism with manual release option
- Large support plates with rubber padding, height-adjustable by turning.
- The lifting tables feature durable ball bearings.
- Cable guide tubes for connecting the two lifting columns are included in the scope of delivery.
- Safety signal tone sounds when lowering in the foot area
- Door protection rubbers allow vehicle doors to be opened safely without damage.
- A mechanical wear indicator prevents lifting if the support nut is worn, once the lifting platform has been completely lowered.
- The main components of the lifting platform are pre-assembled.
- Permissible load capacity 3000 kg, the structure of the lifting platform was successfully tested dynamically with a load of 115% of the permissible total weight and statically with 150% of the permissible total weight.
- Floor requirements according to current (in Germany permissible) structural analysis: concrete C20/25 DIN1045:2001-D7, double reinforced, with a minimum dimension of 4000 x 2000 x 200 mm.
