Compressor oil for piston compressors

This special oil is a VDL air and gas compressor oil for lubricating piston compressors. It is formulated with special, highly refined base oils. The selection of additives ensures reliable operation without harmful residue formation under high thermal stress and is recommended for air compressors that compress up to a temperature of 220 °C. The most common cause of reduced air compressor service life is the use of oils unsuitable for compressor lubrication. These oils cause deposits and excessive wear, which is prevented or minimized by using high-quality VDL oil. Further advantages of our compressor oil include:

  • excellent oxidative and thermal stability
  • good demulsification ability
  • low tendency to coke
  • minimal foaming tendency
  • good air separation capacity
  • wear and corrosion resistant
  • very low tendency to evaporate
  • Final compression temperatures up to 220 °C

What concrete/thickness should it be to set up a two-post lift?

The two-post lift should be anchored in concrete C20/25 DIN1045:2001-D7, double-reinforced with an expansion of at least 4000 x 2000 x 200 mm.
